We at Rustic Elegance take the historic value of a structure very seriously and were very sad to see that the previous owners had destroyed all of the antique charm of this home in previous renovations while also degrading it's structural integrity which led to the ultimate decision to dismantle it and re-build new.
With the deletion of the indoor pool and at less than half the overall square footage of the original structure, this new home offers larger bedrooms, a larger kitchen centrally located to the gathering areas and packs a ton of character back into this deserving property!

That's a whole lotta house to bring down. Notice the orange safety net around the tree. It is an old special tree on the property that will be carefully worked around so it can be saved.
